Rates and Packages

• Kindly check this space from time to time for our special activity packages including yoga, art and creative writing weekends. We also tailor packages for your group retreat, workshop or meeting including full office facilities and on-site catering. Special discounts for Glenboy guests are offered on a range of activities in the area (ballooning, golf, Aquasports, childrens activity centre etc).

Payment details 

• Dates may be reserved with a 25% deposit, with rental balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
• A refundable deposit for cleaning & damage is payable together with the rental balance(250 euro), returnable within 14 days of departure.
• Payments may be made by:

a) Credit card through Paypal. This is the speediest method if you wish to confirm your dates. We send you the Paypal button by email; or

b) Cheque or bank draft in euro, payable to "Glenboy Country Accommodation" and sent to: "Glenboy Country Accommodation, Oldcastle, County Meath, Ireland"

Cancellation Policy

• If a guest cancels a booking for whatever reason, we reserve the right to apply the following cancellation charges:
  • More than 60 days before arrival -booking deposit refunded minus 100e cancellation charge
  • Between 20-60 days before arrival - 75% of rental
  • Less than 20 days before arrival - 100% of rental

Conditions of stay

• Where feasible we are happy to accommodate guest check-in and check-out at a time that suits them. To facilitate other guests check-in is between 3 pm to 4 pm, and check-out at 10am on date of departure unless otherwise agreed. 
• We endeavour to offer the highest standard of hospitality and we ask that guests play their part by leaving the accommodation in the condition they find it.
• We do our best to recycle our waste, your help with recycling is appreciated.
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, the accommodation is non-smoking & unfortunately pets cannot be accommodated (there is a kennel 5 minutes walk away).
• In the event of breach of contract by the proprietor howsoever arising, any loss or damage including consequential loss shall be limited to the sum paid by the guest to the proprietor.
